Southwest Energy Underwriters, Inc. (SWEU) is committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors and customers in transactions conducted on our web site. This document discloses the privacy practices in effect at SWEU and at our web site, Although this policy applies to all users of our site, insurance coverage availability is limited to eligible U.S. residents in states where SWEU is licensed.

Our site is designed to provide an accurate insurance indication with minimal personal information. SWEU uses a random set of characters stored in a "cookie" to track user traffic patterns and to guide you through the quoting and purchasing processes. Cookies cannot read data off your hard disk. Finally, in order to obtain an accurate rate indication, you will be asked to submit certain information about your client, others in his or her household, and his or her insurable assets (e.g. automobiles, homes etc.).

Policyholder Information
If you decide to purchase a policy through SWEU, we require a completed, signed application to process your request.

In the course of normal business operations we will share information about you with third parties involved in providing insurance coverage. These may include: insurance carriers, third-party claims adjusters, fraud detection services, reinsurance companies, and insurance regulatory authorities. As a policy SWEU does not sell personal information to third parties.
